Olly is a professional chef with many years experience working in some of the UK’s finest two Michelin Starred restaurants.

Olly has worked predominately in Relais Gourmand fine-dining restaurants and has for many years advised and trained chefs within large contract caterers across the UK. Olly's history lies in creating and delivering bespoke kitchen solutions, training seminars, and industry trade demonstrations on the modern practices of cooking - comparing sous vide against more traditional methods.

Olly has worked in conjunction with many leading equipment developers of this new technology.
